Guided Meditations
I develop & record individualized guided meditations for my clients to help in achieving their goals. People often get stuck in negative patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, that are difficult to "break" - they become "automatic". Specific, guided meditations (self-hypnosis) support the creation and implementation of positive patterns, with help from the subconscious mind.
